THE NURSE EDUCATOR
Hello Future Nurses, My name is Esther Love Ademiju MSN, RN.
My journey in nursing has been from the very bottom. I started as a CNA, then LPN, then RN-BSN (in 2017). I got my MSN in nursing education in 2020. I have had the opportunity to work in a few settings in the healthcare field.
I started as a pediatric private duty nurse in home health and loved it. So I went on to work at the bedside in telemetry, cardiac surgical, and neuro-ICU.
However, my true passion and heart as a nurse belong in the classroom. I love educating and guiding aspiring nurses.
I have walked in your shoes and still do because I am constantly learning as a nurse educator. I know you love nursing, and one of the reasons is that you love to care for people. But you must pass through nursing school and successfully get licensed to practice.
And yes, anyone who has been through nursing school knows it is challenging, and friends, that is where I come in.
